Refund and Returns Policy

At Indian Health & Hygienics Corporation (IHHC), we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with every product and service we provide. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that:
    • Have manufacturing defects.
    • Do not meet the agreed specifications as outlined in the purchase order or contract.
    • Are damaged during transit (must be reported upon delivery).
  • Returns will not be accepted for the following:
    • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
    • Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
    • Customized products designed specifically to client specifications, unless they are defective.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Process for Returns

  1. Notify Us:
    Contact us at sales@ihhc.co.in or call us at +91 9081019303 / +91 8264652610 to initiate a return. Please provide:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for return.
    • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  2. Return Approval:
    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accompanying documents.
  3. Shipping for Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect due to our error.
    • Ensure proper packaging to prevent further damage during transit. IHHC is not responsible for products damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
    • The product is deemed defective upon inspection by our quality control team.
    • The returned product matches the description provided during the return request.
    • We are unable to replace the defective product with a suitable replacement.
  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Costs:
    • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
    • Customs duties or taxes levied during the original order.

5. Replacements

  • IHHC may, at its discretion, offer a replacement for defective or damaged products instead of a refund.
  • Replacement orders will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Damaged Products During Transit

  • If your product arrives damaged, report the issue immediately upon delivery.
  • Claims for transit-related damages must be accompanied by photographs of the damaged package and product.

7. Discrepancies in Orders

  • In case of missing or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • IHHC will verify the claim and arrange for the correction if valid.
