1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that:
- Have manufacturing defects.
- Do not meet the agreed specifications as outlined in the purchase order or contract.
- Are damaged during transit (must be reported upon delivery).
- Returns will not be accepted for the following:
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
- Customized products designed specifically to client specifications, unless they are defective.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- All return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Process for Returns

- Reason for return.
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
- Return Approval:
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accompanying documents.
- Shipping for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent further damage during transit. IHHC is not responsible for products damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product is deemed defective upon inspection by our quality control team.
- The returned product matches the description provided during the return request.
- We are unable to replace the defective product with a suitable replacement.
- Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. - Non-Refundable Costs:
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
- Customs duties or taxes levied during the original order.
5. Replacements
- IHHC may, at its discretion, offer a replacement for defective or damaged products instead of a refund.

6. Damaged Products During Transit
- If your product arrives damaged, report the issue immediately upon delivery.
- Claims for transit-related damages must be accompanied by photographs of the damaged package and product.
7. Discrepancies in Orders
- In case of missing or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- IHHC will verify the claim and arrange for the correction if valid.
